    From our extensive corporate relocation experience and the fact that our people have lived and worked on four continents, we bring a wealth of experience and expertise to smoothing difficult transitions. In the critical role of listing properties, we are expert at property preparation, developing pro-active marketing plans and negotiating offers.  All of this is in order to sell your home at the highest possible price while minimizing time on market time and inconvenience to your family.  We get you on your way with a minimum of fuss to you and your anxious employer!

    For those moving to our area, we appreciate the many challenges of moving your family. As veterans of many international and interstate moves ourselves, we are well versed in turning traumas into adventures! Whether introducing you to your new neighbors, the new schools or helping you find the right fit in community organizations, we are with you through your real estate transaction and beyond.

    For corporate relocations, we understand the importance of getting you the most from your relocation benefits. We will work closely with your relocation counselor to assure a smooth process. Joe Rogers holds the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional designation and keeps up to date on all issues of corporate relocation.

    Joe first came to Chapel Hill in 1971 as a graduate student at Duke University. He returned in 1999 with a technology startup in Research Triangle Park. He brings a wealth of international business and financial experience to his clients including management of PHH Asia Corporation, the Asian arm of the world's leading executive relocation company.

    He has earned both the Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations - demonstrating the commitment which he and his team have to working with corporate transferees and new hires.

    Joe is married to novelist Joanna Catherine Scott, author of The Road from Chapel Hill, Cassandra, Lost, The Lucky Gourd Shop and Charlie, A Novel of War. They have six children.

    Joe is active with the National Association of Corporate Directors where he holds the Certificate of Director Education and serves on the boards of The China Fund (NYSE: CHN) and The Taiwan Fund (NYSE:TWN).

    He also serves on the boards of the Triangle chapter of the International Affairs Council and American Diplomacy Publishers.

    He holds PhD and MA degrees in Economics from Duke University and a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma.

    Ashley is the Team Marketing Manager. She manages our extensive Internet lead generation systems for buyers and sellers as well as our direct mail and other marketing initiatives.

    Ashley is pursuing a degree in nursing.  She and her husband Chris live in Nashville, North Carolina.
